In the weight distribution of the backpack, it is usually recommened that the majority of the weight(70~80%) should be carried on your hips, and the remaining(20~30%) on your shoulders.
And the backpack fit order should be from your hips up, not your shoulders down.

SyncStrap - innovative strap concept
SyncStrap is a strap system in which shoulder strap and waist/hip strap combined in one continuous strap, and both straps can be adjusted synchronously, retaining the fit adjusting functionalities to tighten and/or loosen at shoulder and waist/hip separately.
Configuration
#1 thru #6 is single continuous length of the strap.
The length of the strap can be adjusted at both ends, #1-2 and #5-6.
The additional points between shoulder and waist/hip belt secure the low back(lumbar) firmly.
Pulling the waist belt toward center of the abdomianl area from waist sides in more direct way,
in contrast to the conventional way in which pulling the waist belt from the center of the abdomial area toward both sides.
